Enjoying Foot Massage & Free WiFi
Wednesday, August 30th, 20062 days ago I had a foot massage in JS Plaza (Surabaya) and I remembered once that this place has free wireless Internet connection; so I took out my Thinkpad and lit up the wireless, and it showed 2 APs with SSID: JS PLAZA HOT SPOT. Too bad those 2 APs use the same channel, 6. I surfed some websites, check my Gmail account, run Meebo (YM client wont work, I guess they filtered the port), quite fast. I also checked the traceroute, which was also filtered but probably they use Telkom Speedy. In the middle of surfing the connection was lost, maybe due to the frequency crash between the APs. I turned it off before the massage finished.
