8 habits - Why I stay healthy for the last 3 years

1. Exercise - at least 3 times a week
2. A cup of brewed coffee in the morning - after a good breakfast
3. A cup of green tea in the evening - this is a must
4. Vitamin C supplement once a day - don’t skip this
5. Eat very less meat, less rice, more veggies, soya and fruits
6. Stay clean - wash your hands
7. Go out on the hills, get some fresh air - at least once a month
8. Cover mouth and nose on the road - I ride a motorcycle most of the time
Care of the air we breath and the food we eat.
Consume antioxidants and fight free radical.
